• Account setup and identity verification.
• Facilitating invites between Clients and Applicants.
• Communicating with existing Clients (landlords, property managers, and lenders).
• Marketing communications for prospective clients regarding our 5 subscription tiers.

3. Data Security and Retention

All responses are stored in a master database fully accessible to the TheGreenKey development and support team for compliance purposes. We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect data at rest and in transit.

4. No Third-Party Sales

We do not and will not sell your personal information or assessment data to any 3rd party companies. Data is only shared between the Applicant and the specific Client (Landlord/Lender) who initiated the request, or as required by law.

5. State-Specific Rights (Texas)

As a Texas-based LLC, we comply with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Users may request access to their stored data or request the deletion of their account information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements for real estate transactions.
