Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services provided by TheGreenKey (a product of Jeckl Development Concepts LLC), all sales are generally final. Once a service is initiated or data is accessed, the costs incurred are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for remaining days in a billing period.
  • 5-Day "Kickstart" Trial: This trial provides access to all features of the Bronze Plan and does not require a credit card at sign-up. Access will expire automatically after 5 days unless a paid subscription is selected.
  • 14-Day "Gold" Free Trial: This trial provides full access to the features of the Gold Plan and requires a credit card on file. If you do not cancel before the end of the 14th day, you will be charged the standard monthly subscription fee for the Gold Plan and will be automatically transitioned to an active Gold membership.

3. Non-Refundable Service Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable once the action has been performed:

  • Additional Applicant Invites ($5.00): Fees for "Overage" invites are final once the invite link is generated and sent to the applicant.
  • Applicant Assessment Data Retrieval ($10.00): Once a client requests to retrieve data from the Master Database and payment is processed, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Assessment Report Downloads ($1.50): Charges for PDF/Digital downloads are final once the download link is generated or accessed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the TheGreenKey administration in the event of a verified technical system failure that prevented the delivery of a paid report or service. Users must report such issues within 48 hours of the occurrence to our support team.
